Using SwasthyaAI
By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be 18+, or 13+ with a parent or guardian’s consent.
Estimates only
Calorie and nutrient values are estimates generated by AI from photos and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. See the health disclaimer.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Don’t upload illegal or offensive content, try to break or overload the service, or resell it.
Subscriptions
Paid features are governed by the subscription terms.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on estimates in the app.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we’ll notify you in the app for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
