Privacy policy
We use your food photos and body details only to estimate calories and give you advice. We never sell your data. Location is off unless you turn it on. You can delete your account and all data anytime in Settings.

Terms of use
Use the app for personal wellness tracking. Calorie numbers are AI estimates, not exact or medical advice. Don’t misuse the service. We may update these terms and will tell you about big changes.

Subscription terms
Your first 7 days are free with 1 scan a day. After that, SwasthyaAI Pro gives unlimited scans for ₹400/month in India (or the local price shown in your app store, e.g. $4.99/month in the US). Cancel anytime in Google Play or the App Store.

Health disclaimer
SwasthyaAI is a wellness tool, not a doctor. Calorie numbers are estimates (often ±15–20%). If you are pregnant, diabetic, have an eating disorder, or any medical condition, follow your doctor or dietitian.

AI and photo use
Your meal photo is analysed by AI to find each food and its portion, then discarded. It is never used to train AI models or shown to anyone else.

Location use
Location is only used for optional restaurant nudges. It’s off by default, checked on your phone, and never sold or shared.

Delete your account
Go to Settings → Delete account. Your profile and meal history are permanently erased. You can also email us to request deletion.
